We understand that course registration is often a source of stress/frustration for students, especially if they are not aware of all the choices and restrictions, do not yet have a clear plan, or are not able to get into their preferred classes. Oberlin College students need to log in to Oberview to register for classes during the registration period. Detailed instructions for the course registration process can be found on the Registration page under the Office of the Registrar. Furthermore, a How to Register for Classes Guide and a Banner 9 Self Service Registration video are available online.

In this page, the Oberlin Project Hub (OPH) aims to walk through the process of course registration and provide suggestions from a student’s perspective, such as how to make a good plan for your next semester’s classes. However, if you have any further questions regarding course registration, we strongly suggest you to contact the Office of the Registrar at [email protected] directly.
